Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED is required.
• Valid ExCPT or PTCB certification and registration with State Board of Pharmacy is required.
• Previous experience in Retail, Ambulatory, Outpatient, Hospital, Acute Care, or Home Infusion Pharmacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and verifying prescriptions
• Reviewing patient information with prescriptions in compliance with guidelines
• Providing instructions to educate people on the correct use of medications
• Supporting the Pharmacist in daily operation
• Adhering to infection-control protocols
