Job summary

Sircle Media is a New York-based social media agency seeking a Social Media Manager dedicated to CPG and beverage brands. You’ll own content, engagement, and growth strategies for multiple food, beverage, and spirits clients, with strong support from a full creative team and leadership guidance.

You’ll manage projects, deliver client-ready reporting, and stay ahead of trends. Remote-capable role with collaboration across teams, events, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing with a CPG or spirits brand (agency and/or brand-side).
• Expert-level reporting and analytics, able to tell a story with metrics for executives.
• Proven ability to act as a consultant to Director and C-Level executives.
• Deep understanding of leading-edge social, content, and influencer marketing practices.
• Experience creating TikTok videos and UGC that follow top trends.
• Experience pitching and negotiating with influencers a plus.
• A genuine passion for health and wellness space.
• Strong project management skills for overseeing multiple accounts.
• Confident in client-facing roles and maintaining professional relationships.
• Ability to delegate tasks across multiple departments to get the job done.
• A problem solver who proactively finds solutions.

Responsibilities

• Client Management: act as the primary contact for up to three clients and build trust for business growth.
• Account Management: ensure quality control for all client deliverables and deliver actionable insights.
• Strategic planning: oversee creative development, brand collaborations, influencer activations, and presentations.
• UGC creation: contribute 6–10 hours per month to video and static UGC creation.
• Team Management: mentor, guide, and provide regular feedback to design, paid, and intern teams.
• Cross Team Collaboration: share best practices with other SMMs and align with Social Media Director.
