Job summary

Theron Solutions is seeking a CPG Business Head to lead and scale a global Consumer Packaged Goods portfolio with full P&L responsibility. This executive role requires building executive relationships and driving transformational analytics and digital solutions across food and beverage accounts.

You will partner with CXOs and senior leaders across procurement, supply chain, and commercial teams to deliver measurable business impact, expand strategic partnerships, and grow revenue while

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in CPG with leadership roles.
• Proven P&L ownership and business leadership in large organizations.
• Experience leading analytics, consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven units.
• Deep expertise in Food & Beverage sector.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.

Responsibilities
