Job summary

Barcel USA LLC is seeking a Business Development Associate to expand our presence in key markets by identifying growth opportunities and building strong customer relationships. You will drive sales initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the CPG industry, plus strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role in the CPG industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
• Familiarity with the Hispanic and multicultural markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis: identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities in CPG.
• Account Management: support relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Sales Support: prepare proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Strategic Planning: contribute to long-term growth strategies for target markets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: align with marketing, supply chain, and finance to execute initiatives.
• Feedback to product development based on market insights and customer needs.
