Job summary

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing in Fargo, ND seeks an experienced CPE Certified Educator to lead Clinical Pastoral Education programs, supervise students, and ensure high-quality spiritual care education in line with ACPE standards.

This contract, full-time position runs June 1–August 28 and includes virtual training with onsite preferred. Regional travel may be required. The educator will collaborate with chaplains and healthcare teams to shape future spiritual-care professionals.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level theological degree is required.
• Ordination/endorsement/commissioning through an appropriate faith tradition.
• Board Certified Chaplain or certification eligibility.
• 1–2 years of healthcare spiritual-care experience.
• Strong teaching, supervision, and communication skills.
• Ability to work virtually and onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPE education and experiential learning.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate CPE students.
• Maintain ACPE standards and program compliance.
• Develop learning objectives and support student growth.
• Collaborate with chaplains and healthcare teams.
