Job summary

The Partner will lead the organization’s Clinical Pastoral Education Program, shaping curriculum, oversight, and accreditation while collaborating across spiritual care, clinical, academic, and organizational leadership to integrate CPE throughout the health system.

Qualifications

• ACPE certification required or eligible
• Minimum 3-5 years hospital chaplaincy with CPE supervision
• Experience leading program development and accreditation management

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program
• Design curricula and educational experiences that meet ACPE standards
• Recruit, mentor, supervise, and evaluate CPE students and residents
• Manage accreditation processes, reporting, and quality improvement
