University of Vermont Medical Center seeks a Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Partner who is an ACPE Certified Educator. The Partner will lead the organization’s Clinical Pastoral Education Program, shaping curriculum, oversight, and accreditation while collaborating across spiritual care, clinical, academic, and organizational leadership to integrate CPE throughout the health system.

The role emphasizes inclusive learning, belonging, and equitable educational experiences.

Competenze

• ACPE certification required or eligible
• Minimum 3-5 years hospital chaplaincy with CPE supervision
• Experience leading program development and accreditation management
