OnPoint Medical Group is seeking a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) to join our team as a full-time position. After training, the role may be remote for Colorado residents; training must be completed onsite in Highlands Ranch, CO.

As CPC you will translate diagnoses, procedures and services into ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS codes, support the revenue cycle, ensure compliance, and collaborate with clinicians to resolve coding discrepancies while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certified Professional Coder (CPC) credential from the AAPC or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems and guidelines.
• Experience with EHR systems and coding software.

Responsibilities

• Review and assign accurate codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and payer policies to minimize denials.
• Collaborate with providers to clarify documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date coding knowledge through ongoing education.
• Prepare and submit coded data for billing and reimbursement.
