Jobot is seeking a CPC Coding Supervisor in Scarsdale, NY for an on-site, full-time role with a generous benefits package. Schedule is 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, in a renowned academic medical center setting.

The role oversees daily coding operations, enforces standards, and supports HIM leadership with workflow and performance improvement initiatives. 5+ years coding, 3+ years supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coding experience (Inpatient/Outpatient)
• 3+ years leadership or supervisory experience
• RHIT/RHIA and CCS/CCSP with CPC credentials are preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospital coding team operations for inpatient and outpatient records
• Enforce coding standards and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate daily workflow for inpatient and outpatient staff
• Monitor productivity, accuracy and quality; implement improvement plans
• Audit outpatient records for ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS compliance
• Ensure timely coding to meet billing and compliance timelines
