Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities and performance of the professional services coding staff.
• Ensures accurate and timely coding for professional billing across the organization.
• Oversees workload distribution, productivity, and quality assurance processes.
• Provides ongoing education, coaching, and training to staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinates with CDI program to support aligned goals and coding practices.
• Identifies opportunities to automate workflows and AI-driven tools to boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensures adherence to federal, state, and payer-specific coding regulations.
