Lincare Holdings in Tucson is seeking a field-focused CPAP/RAD Technician to set up CPAP/RAD equipment and manage related supplies for patients in their homes and at the center.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Completion of company's Equipment Certification Program.
• Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be computer-literate.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and effectively communicate them to patients.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• May also perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes.
• Includes completion of all required documentation and instruction to patients on safe use of equipment.
• Cleans rental equipment when returned to the center and maintains warehouse organization.
• Monitors CPAP/RAD Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Receives and responds to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification and arranging shipment.
• Monitors mdINR Compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Manages the center's oximetry process.
• Follows Safety & Regulatory Manual and OSHA policies.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities; frequency depends on center size.
• Represents the company through professional appearance and patient care.
• May back up other employees during vacations/illnesses.
• Requires use of personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
