Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a role focused on CPAP/RAD setup, compliance, and patient support at our center. The position involves inspecting equipment, performing setups in-clinic or at patients’ homes, and instructing patients on safe use.

Responsibilities include managing CPAP/RAD supplies, handling insurance verifications, and ensuring documentation accuracy. The role requires driving to patient sites, adherence to safety policies, and occasional on-call work as the center dictates.

Qualifications

• Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be computer-literate.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and communicate them to patients.
• Valid driver's license.
• Completion of Equipment Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• May perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes and instruct patients on proper use.
• Clean rental equipment and maintain warehouse/storage area.
• Monitor CPAP/RAD Compliance and follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Handle requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, verify insurance, and arrange shipping to patients.
• Monitor mdINR Compliance and follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Manage the center’s oximetry process and follow safety procedures.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed based on center size.
• Represent the company professionally in patient care activities; back-up coverage when needed.
• Use personal vehicle for duties and maintain a valid driver’s license.
