Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking a dedicated healthcare technician to set up CPAPs and RADs, manage supplies, and maintain compliance in the center. Responsibilities include equipment setup, patient education, and accurate documentation.

The role requires a valid driver's license, HS diploma, and completion of the company's Equipment Certification Program, with on-site duties and potential backup coverage as needed, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Completion of company's Equipment Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• Cleans rental equipment and maintains warehouse organization.
• Monitors CPAP/RAD Compliance report and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Receives and responds to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification and shipping arrangements.
• Monitors mdINR Compliance report and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Manage the center's oximetry process.
• Follows company policies including Safety & Regulatory Manual, OSHA, and Emergency Planning.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities for the center.
