Job summary

Lincare is seeking a dedicated center technician to set up CPAP/RAD equipment, manage supplies, and ensure patient safety. You will perform in-home setups where needed, document activities, and maintain equipment cleanliness.

This role requires driving to patient sites and coordinating with insurance providers for supply orders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to read and communicate instructions clearly, and comfortable working on-call.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Completion of company Equipment Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Perform CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with oxygen equipment setup and other DME in patients' homes as requested.
• Complete required documentation and instruct patients on safe equipment use.
• Clean rental equipment after return and maintain warehouse organization.
• Monitor CPAP/RAD Compliance and follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Manage order requests, insurance verification, and shipment of CPAP/RAD supplies.
• Oversee mdINR Compliance and patient follow-up.
• Support the center's oximetry process and safety procedures.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide patient care as needed.
• Represent the company with professional appearance and conduct.
