Job summary

Lincare is seeking a dedicated center technician to perform CPAP/RAD setups and maintain compliance for patients at home. The role includes documenting patient instructions, cleaning equipment, and coordinating supply shipments.

You will monitor CPAP/RAD and mdINR compliance, manage the centers oximetry process, and participate in on-call duties. A high school diploma and Equipment Certification are required, with valid drivers license and the ability to travel to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and communicate them to patients.
• Completion of company Equipment Certification Program is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• May also perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes.
• Completes required documentation and instructs patients on proper use of equipment.
• Cleans rental equipment and maintains warehouse/storage area.
• Monitors CPAP/RAD compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Handles requests for CPAP/RAD supplies including insurance verification and arranging shipment.
• Monitors mdINR compliance and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Manages the center's oximetry process and follows Safety & Regulatory Manual policies.
• Participates in on-call rotations as needed and represents the company professionally.
• May serve as backup to other employees for vacations or illnesses.
• Requires use of personal vehicle and a valid driver7s license.
• Keeps clear interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with patients.
