Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Completion of company's Equipment Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Set up CPAP and RAD equipment for patients promptly.
• Perform oxygen equipment setups in patients' homes as needed.
• Complete required documentation and instruct patients on proper use.
• Clean rental equipment and maintain warehouse organization.
• Monitor CPAP/RAD compliance and follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Handle patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies and arrange shipping.
• Verify insurance and manage the center's oximetry process.
• Participate in on-call rotations; back up colleagues as needed.
• Represent the company with professional appearance and patient care.
