Job summary

Lincare is seeking a dedicated employee to set up CPAPs and RADs, manage compliance and supplies, and support patients across the center. You will perform equipment setups, educate patients on safe use, and handle documentation and requests with a focus on quality patient care.

You will also help maintain warehouse organization, participate in on-call duties, and comply with Safety & Regulatory guidelines. A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Completion of company's Equipment Certification Program.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• May set up oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes.
• Complete required documentation and instruct patients on equipment use.
• Clean rental equipment and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Monitor CPAP/RAD Compliance and follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Respond to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, including insurance verification and shipping.
• Monitor mdINR Compliance and follow up with non-compliant patients.
• Manage the center's oximetry process.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities; frequency depends on center size.
• Represent the company with professional appearance and patient care.
• Backup coverage for vacations or absences as needed.
• Require use of personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
