Job summary

Lincare Holdings, Inc. seeks a dedicated Technician to set up CPAPs/RADs, monitor compliance, and manage CPAP/RAD supplies and inquiries for patients. You will perform equipment setups at patients' homes, complete documentation, and ensure proper use of equipment.

The role involves maintaining cleanliness of equipment and warehouse areas, handling on-call duties, and adhering to Safety & Regulatory Manual policies. A valid driver’s license and Equipment Certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Must be computer-literate.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and effectively communicate them to patients.

Responsibilities

• Performs CPAP/RAD setups in a timely and professional manner.
• May also perform setup of oxygen equipment and other DME in patients' homes as well.
• Completes required documentation and instructs patient on safe use of equipment.
• Cleans rental equipment upon return and maintains warehouse/storage area.
• Monitors CPAP/RAD Compliance report and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Responds to patient requests for CPAP/RAD supplies, verifies insurance, and arranges shipping.
• Monitors mdINR Compliance report and follows up with non-compliant patients.
• Manages the center's oximetry process.
• Follows Safety & Regulatory Manual policies; participates in on-call responsibilities.
• Represents the company in a professional manner; may cover for vacations/absences.
• Requires use of personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
