Job summary

Upbound Group seeks a Product Manager for Coworker Experience to shape the product strategy and execution that empower Central Operations and field staff. You will own systems enabling coworkers to serve customers from origination to lease lifecycle.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations; translate field feedback into ready-to-build requirements; manage roadmap; ensure compliance and integration; measure success with KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience.
• Experience gathering feedback from operational or field stakeholders.
• Clear ability to write actionable engineering requirements.
• Data-driven with KPI tracking and basic funnel analyses.
• Exposure to AI/automation-driven workflows is a plus.
• Proven product delivery from idea to launch in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of coworker workflows and translate into backlog.
• Maintain and evolve a roadmap with leadership; turn feedback into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to scope and deliver features from idea to launch.
• Support platform and compliance commitments alongside new features.
• Track KPIs: collection rates, resolution, charge-off, GMV, CSAT; report progress.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and surface issues to leadership.
• Prioritize competing requests balancing speed to market, feasibility, and needs.
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly to cross-functional teams.
