• Proven experience managing complex work from idea through launch and iteration.
• Proactive, organized working style adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape Product Vision & Strategy: develop a vision and roadmap for account management and field logistics with data-backed priorities.
• Own the Product Roadmap: drive features to improve account servicing, logistics, and field productivity.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Store Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead Product Development & Execution: oversee development, launch, and iteration of capabilities that streamline workflows.
• Measure Performance & Optimize Outcomes: use data and field feedback to drive measurable results.
• Communicate Strategy & Business Impact: report progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
