Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift 30lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Equipped to troubleshoot and stay calm.
• Honesty and integrity in all actions.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and energetic environment for fans and teammates.
• Deliver world-class customer experience through our Star Service model.
• Proactively educate on product knowledge and campaigns.
• Uphold store visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a neat, clean sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting room.
