Dallas Cowboys Pro Shops are seeking team members to deliver a world-class customer experience and drive sales in a busy retail setting. You will engage fans, promote Star Service, and maintain store standards across the floor, cash wrap, and fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods (4+ hours).
• Able to lift 30 lbs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving and calmness under pressure.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Educate self on product knowledge and campaigns to promote to customers.
• Uphold store visual merchandising standards.
