Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving and calm under pressure.
• Honesty and integrity in decisions.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, energetic environment for fans and teammates.
• Deliver world-class customer service through the Star Service model.
• Educate yourself on products and campaigns to promote to customers.
• Uphold store merchandising standards and cleanliness.
• Balance customer service with operational tasks and cash handling.
• Promote Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor organization.
