Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Allentown is seeking a Coverage Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling on-site, Monday–Friday, daytime hours. You will ensure shift coverage and coordinate with clients and caregivers to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes solution-oriented teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining positive relationships with clients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required).
