Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Spring, TX is seeking a Coverage Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling and ensure full shift coverage during Monday–Friday daytime hours. This role emphasizes collaboration, proactive problem solving, and strong communication with clients and caregivers.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, scheduling experience preferred, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and bilingual abilities in Spanish.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
