Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Springfield Township is seeking a Coverage Coordinator to oversee caregiver scheduling and ensure reliable shift coverage during Monday–Friday daytime hours on site. You will manage scheduling, resolve conflicts, and build strong relationships with clients and caregivers to support clear communication and smooth operations.

This role emphasizes problem-solving and collaboration within a helpful team culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required).
