Job summary

ICON Consultants, LP seeks a Coveo Solution Architect to lead integration of the Coveo platform into a B2B eCommerce environment, coordinating with Salesforce and Contentful to deliver optimized search, recommendations, and personalization.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering or IT architecture, 3+ years of Coveo hands-on experience, and strong communication to align stakeholders across platforms. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering or IT architecture.
• 3+ years hands-on Coveo experience.
• Experience with Coveo Cloud or Salesforce integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Coveo integration patterns with CX platforms such as Salesforce and Contentful.
• Provide architectural governance for Coveo integrations.
• Oversee Coveo configuration including search components, indexing, and field mapping.
• Design search relevance tuning and ML models (Query Ranking Expressions, Automatic Relevance Tuning).
• Design A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
• Develop search/content analytics reports for stakeholders.
• Lead a team and communicate issues and solutions.
• Ensure seamless connectivity across integrated platforms.
