- Strong knowledge of Coveo components (Administration Console, Query Pipelines, ML models).
- Experience with ITIL processes and incident management.
- Experience with integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365).
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 production support for Coveo Cloud platforms.
- Monitor performance, indexing, and data synchronization.
- Analyze incidents and service requests within SLAs.
- Administer Coveo sources, pipelines, and ML models.
- Troubleshoot content ingestion, indexing issues, and permissions.
- Support integrations with major enterprise apps.
- Configure Coveo connectors, APIs, and search interfaces.
- Participate in on-call and incident management.
