Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in application support and 3+ years with Coveo Cloud, plus strong knowledge of pipelines, ML models, indexing, and REST APIs. On-site role with AWS/Azure exposure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in application support, search technologies, or enterprise platform support.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Coveo Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Coveo Administration Console, pipelines, ML models, relevance tuning, indexing, and usage analytics.
• Experience with Coveo APIs, REST services, and integration frameworks; familiarity with HTML/JavaScript/CSS and API troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure or AWS environments; CI/CD and DevOps exposure; monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor).
• Experience integrating Coveo with Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Coveo Search and Relevance Cloud platforms.
• Monitor performance, indexing processes, and data synchronization.
• Analyze incidents and requests; resolve within SLAs.
• Administer Coveo sources, pipelines, ML models, and relevance tuning.
• Troubleshoot indexing issues, content ingestion, and security permissions.
• Support integrations between Coveo and enterprise apps (Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft 365).
• Configure Coveo connectors, APIs, and search interfaces; perform RCA and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and on-call teams; contribute to upgrades and runbooks.
