Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor quarterly and annual reports for operating statements.
• Perform DSCR calculations as defined in the loan agreement.
• Verify receipt of financials using the Guarantor Tracker.
• Update the Specific Loan Loss Reserve model quarterly.
