Job summary

Courtyard Indianapolis at the Capitol is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service from 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts. You will greet guests, check them in, answer questions, and coordinate with the hotel team to ensure a seamless stay.

The role requires a friendly, efficient demeanor, basic hotel software knowledge, and the ability to multitask during busy periods. A high school diploma is preferred, with hospitality experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel management software and Microsoft Office helpful.

Responsibilities
