Job summary

Proper Hospitality's Montauk Yacht Club is seeking a Court Attendant to support daily court operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience on the waterfront property. You will assist with bookings, check-ins, maintaining clean and safe courts, and promoting programs, lessons, and retail offerings while coordinating the court and event calendar with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality, recreation, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of court sports (tennis, pickleball) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with court bookings, rentals, and reservations.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally.
• Provide information on services, programs, events, and memberships.
• Schedule court time, lessons, and activities.
• Maintain and update the court and event calendar.
• Deliver high level customer service and hospitality to guests.
• Handle transactions and basic record-keeping accurately.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues promptly.
