Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Courtroom Presentation Specialist to support litigation teams in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on developing and managing courtroom exhibits, operating the presentation system in court, and advising on exhibit sequencing for trials and hearings.

Ideal candidates will have extensive trial experience, strong oral communication skills, US citizenship, and the ability to travel for out-of-town trial needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Extensive trial experience required
• Must have excellent oral communication skills
• Must be able to travel to support out-of-town trial needs

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support using courtroom presentation packages (Trail Director, Sanction)
• Ensure smooth operation of the courtroom presentation system
• Synchronize video clips with written transcripts
• Collaborate with trial team and expert witnesses to plan for trials/hearings
• Coordinate trials remotely or virtually as needed
