Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Courtroom Presentation Specialist to support litigation teams in Arlington, VA. You will develop trial plans using courtroom presentation systems and coordinate with expert witnesses under high-pressure deadlines.

The role requires extensive trial experience, strong oral communication, US citizenship, and the ability to travel for out-of-town trial support. A collaborative, fast-paced environment is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Extensive trial experience required.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Must be able to travel to support out-of-town trial needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support using courtroom presentation packages.
• Work with the trial team and expert witnesses to plan trials or hearings.
• Ensure smooth operation of the presentation system in the courtroom.
• Synchronize clips with written transcripts.
• Coordinate internal firm efforts to conduct trials remotely/virtually.
