Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Courtroom Presentation Specialist in Chicago, IL. You will support litigation with courtroom presentation packages, work with the trial team and expert witnesses, and ensure seamless operation of the presentation system during hearings.

The ideal candidate has extensive trial experience, excellent oral communication, and the ability to travel for out-of-town trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Extensive trial experience required.
• Must have excellent oral communication skills.
• Must be able to travel to support out-of-town trial needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans for trial or hearings using a courtroom presentation system.
• Work with the trial team, including expert witnesses, to develop trial strategies.
• Advise attorneys on the effectiveness of certain exhibits or sequences of exhibits.
• Ensure smooth operation of the presentation system in the courtroom.
• Synchronize clips with written transcripts.
• Coordinate internal firm efforts to conduct trials remotely/virtually.
