Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Courtroom Presentation Specialist in a mid-level, full-time role within the Legal Department in San Francisco, CA. The specialist will develop trial plans, operate the courtroom presentation system, and work with expert witnesses to prepare exhibits and transcripts.

The position requires extensive trial experience, US citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Extensive trial experience required
• Must have excellent oral communication skills
• Must be able to travel to support out-of-town trial needs

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support using courtroom presentation packages
• Develop plans for trials/hearings with the trial team
• Ensure smooth operation of the courtroom presentation system
• Synchronize video clips with written transcripts
• Coordinate trials remotely/virtually
