Job summary

Yavapai County Superior Court seeks an experienced Court Security Manager to lead courthouse security operations county‑wide. You will direct personnel, coordinate with judges and law enforcement, and ensure a safe environment for all court users.

Qualifications

• Experience in court security or closely related field.
• Two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of security systems and evacuation procedures.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee courthouse security operations throughout Yavapai County.
• Supervise, train and evaluate security staff; prepare schedules.
• Manage security systems, alarms, surveillance and access control.
• Develop and implement security policies, coordinate with law enforcement.
• Prepare budgets, identify staffing and equipment needs and track incidents.
