Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of security/public safety experience or customer service experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and fitness investigation as indicated in ACJA 5-303.

Responsibilities

• Prevents entry of weapons and unlawful materials onto judicial branch grounds.
• Maintains order within assigned court facilities and surrounding areas.
• Responds to threats and emergencies related to judicial branch business.
• Collaborates with law enforcement per department guidelines.
• Documents incidents and security-related information accurately.
• Monitors closed-circuit video security systems and alarms.
