Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Auction Coordinator I to support live auctions at county courthouses in Everett, WA. This part-time role involves co-hosting auctions, interacting with bidders, and ensuring all processes are completed efficiently.

You will work Fridays starting at 7:30 AM with 4–10 hours per week and occasional travel in your personal vehicle. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long hours outdoors in all weather.
• Comfort with using technology and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in customer service is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with customers and staff on-site.
• Maintain equipment and materials.
• Complete customer receipts.
• Complete event reports.
• Participate in training and team calls.
• Deliver high quality work with attention to detail.
