Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator for Beckley, WV. The role involves welcoming guests, collecting information, and ensuring pre-auction requirements are met. You will learn Auction.com programs, assist attendees, and handle sensitive data with accuracy in a dynamic, on-site setting.

Part-time position with auctions Mon–Fri 8:00 am–6:00 pm, local travel up to 2 hours, and occasional training sessions via Zoom. No office, on-site events, and a chance to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or events is preferred.
• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting.
• Strong written and oral communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and collect customer information to meet pre-auction requirements.
• Educate attendees about Auction.com programs and resources.
• Accurately input sensitive buyer and seller data.
• Provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Support event day activities and complete tasks with attention to detail.
