Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate hand tools and lawn maintenance equipment.
• Read and understand directions on chemical supplies and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courthouse facilities and grounds under supervision.
• Replace lighting and air filters as needed.
• Respond to alarm calls, including after hours.
• Maintain courthouse grounds (mowing, trimming, etc.).
• Keep public areas clean, sanitary, and well-supplied.
• Adhere to county safety regulations and participate in safety training.
