Qualifications

• Education, Experience and Training: Completion of eighth (8th) grade from an accredited school or additional equivalent work experience.
• Must pass criminal background check and may be subject to drug testing at random during employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs janitorial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, stripping and waxing floors and common areas using various equipment.
• Performs general manual labor duties such as moving furniture, file cabinets, equipment and supplies.
• Assists with laundry duties, including washing, folding, sorting, and storing.
• Receives and maintains inventory of food items, clothing, bedding and other supplies.
• Monitors and inspects facility and equipment and identifies remedies and/or reports to management any related health, safety and security concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
