Responsibilities

• Dust and mop floors and stairs; operate vacuum; place wet floor signs.
• Strip wax, apply fresh wax; use power buffer to polish floors.
• Dust furniture; empty wastepaper baskets; clean windows, mirrors, doors; wash walls.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; replenish supplies and dispensers.
• Move furniture to facilitate cleaning; provide coverage for others.
• Report irregular activities and advise supervisor of maintenance needs.
• Check lights; secure windows and entrances after cleaning.
