Goodwill of the Heartland/Heartland Goodwill Enter is hiring a Custodian for Davenport Federal Courthouse. The role runs Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 7:30 AM, with an hourly wage starting at $17.20 plus a health/welfare stipend totaling $22.29 per hour.

The ideal candidate will operate custodial equipment safely, monitor supplies daily, and maintain high cleaning standards across assigned areas, reporting any malfunctions or shortages to supervision. Disability-friendly preference applies.

Our custodial team is looking for a candidate to join our great leadership team. The position will be responsible for cleaning the Davenport Federal Courthouse using custodial equipment and cleaning materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use all custodial equipment properly and in a safe and efficient manner.
• Check level of all supplies daily and notify supervisor in time to reorder.
• Clean assigned areas thoroughly following Scope of Work guidelines and maintain high quality.
• Report any malfunctions to supervisor.
• Report any supply shortages to supervisor.
• Complete snow removal, mowing

Qualifications:

The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 05:00AM-07:30AM The starting wage for the Custodian position is $17.20 per hour plus an additional $5.09 per hour for a health and welfare stipend for a total of $22.29 per hour.
