Job summary

Crown Toyota in Ontario, CA is seeking an entry-level Lot Attendant to keep the lot organized and ready for guest delivery. No experience required; on-the-job training provided to move, stage, and prep vehicles while supporting the sales team and guest experience.

You'll ensure vehicles are clean and properly presented, monitor lot safety, and assist with vehicle pulls and reorganization throughout the day at one of Inland Empire's high-volume Toyota stores.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Dependable and punctual; supports sales team.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and organize inventory across the lot.
• Prep vehicles for guest delivery: fueling, washing, staging.
• Assist sales consultants with vehicle pulls and lot reorganization.
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and safe.
• Inspect vehicles during movement and report damage.
• Support the delivery process to ensure vehicles are presented to Crown Toyota's standard.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move, stage, and organize new and pre-owned inventory across the lot -- ensuring vehicles are correctly positioned, accessible, and presented professionally for guests
• Prep vehicles for guest delivery -- fueling, washing, and staging vehicles so they're ready when the sales team needs them
• Assist sales consultants with vehicle pulls, test drive preparation, and lot reorganization throughout the day
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and safe -- monitoring vehicle placement and flagging anything that needs attention
• Inspect vehicles during movement and immediately report any visible damage or concerns to the appropriate team member
• Support the delivery process -- ensuring guests receive their vehicle clean, staged, and presented to Crown Toyota's standard

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Dependable and punctual -- the sales team depends on lot support being there and staying on top of things
• Attentive and careful behind the wheel -- you're moving inventory that guests are about to purchase or have just purchased
• Self-directed and observant -- the lot needs constant attention and the best porters notice what needs doing without being asked
• No automotive experience required -- we'll show you what you need to know
