Job summary

Swickard Auto Group is hiring an entry‑level service porter at Crown Toyota in Ontario, CA. You will move vehicles, assist guests, and support the service team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, physically active, with a clean driving record. No automotive experience is required—training will be provided, with a fast-paced environment in a high-volume store.

Responsibilities

• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement during peak hours.
• Support basic vehicle prep as directed (fueling, washing, staging).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Move vehicles throughout the service department -- pulling cars into service bays, returning vehicles to guests, and repositioning inventory across the lot as directed
• Deliver and retrieve loaner and courtesy vehicles for guests -- representing Crown Toyota's hospitality standard in every handoff
• Keep the service lane and lot organized and navigable throughout the day -- monitoring vehicle placement and flagging anything that needs attention
• Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle movement during peak hours and busy periods
• Support basic vehicle prep as directed -- fueling, washing, and staging vehicles for delivery or service
• Inspect vehicles during movement and report any visible damage or concerns to the appropriate team member immediately

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Reliable and punctual -- Crown Toyota's service drive operates at high volume and the team depends on you being there and staying engaged
• Physically active and comfortable being on your feet throughout your shift -- this role keeps you moving
• Attentive and careful behind the wheel -- you're moving guests' vehicles and they deserve to get them back exactly as they left them
• No automotive experience required -- we'll show you everything you need to know
