Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Using best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
• Assisting in removing merchandise from carts at checkout.
• Offering to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers of specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Gathering and returning shopping carts.
• Cleaning spills, trash, and maintaining store cleanliness inside and outside.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Following safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Inspecting equipment and reporting repairs needed.
• Creating a welcoming environment and assisting customers, including minors, seniors, and those with special needs.
• Adhering to all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts, and acting with integrity.
• Following directions and seeking help when needed.

Salary Range: $15.35/hour.
