Job Description: Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger

As part of our team, you'll be responsible for:

1. Bagging groceries efficiently while ensuring contents are undamaged and bags are filled appropriately.
2. Assisting in removing merchandise from carts for checkout and helping customers load bags into their vehicles.
3. Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers about grocery specials.
4. Returning merchandise to shelves, gathering and returning shopping carts, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
5. Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
6. Following safety procedures, adhering to food safety regulations, and reporting unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
7. Creating a welcoming environment by answering customer questions and providing support, especially to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
8. Adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
9. Working cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with honesty and integrity.
10. Following directions and seeking assistance when needed to resolve issues.
