Responsibilities

1. Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and striving for at least five items per bag.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
3. Assist in removing merchandise from baskets for checkout and help load bags into customers' cars.
4. Perform basic shelf conditioning, inform customers of specials, and return merchandise to shelves.
5. Manage bascarts and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
6. Handle seasonal merchandise, understand store layout, and conduct price checks.
7. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
8. Maintain equipment and create a welcoming environment for customers.
9. Follow all laws and company guidelines, work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, and manage conflicts professionally.
10. Support customers, including minors, seniors, and individuals with special needs.
11. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
