• The Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger is responsible for bagging groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are undamaged and bags are appropriately used.
• Assist customers by removing merchandise from carts and helping load bags into their vehicles.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning, inform customers of specials, and restock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills, trash, and cart collection.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
• Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and comply with food safety regulations.
• Support a welcoming environment by answering customer questions and providing assistance.
• Adhere to all laws, regulations, and company policies, managing conflicts professionally and acting with integrity.
• Support customers with special needs and perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
