We are seeking a friendly and efficient Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to enhance our customers' shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include bagging groceries, assisting customers with loading their purchases, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting safety and food safety regulations. You will also help with shelf conditioning, merchandise handling, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries efficiently, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Assist in removing merchandise from carts for checkout and help load bags into customers' vehicles.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning, restocking, and return merchandise to shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash collection.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Support a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Comply with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
